VCTM is designed to provide holistic education by which character is formed, strength of mind is increased, and intellect expanded - enabling students to stand on their own feet. Focus is always on promotion of self-learning, sports, and games, social, cultural and technical events for honing talents to ensure all-round development amongst our students.

Quality Faculty

We have empaneled some of the most competent and respected academicians as our faculty. Coming from IITs, NITs, AMU and other renowned institutions, they are engaged in a wide variety of activities besides substantial academic and research commitments. Faculty members are encouraged to interact with peer groups by participating in education programs and international conferences. Faculty involvement in academic, research and consultation activities leads to a significant output of publications in leading national and international journals. Our present faculty strength is - they comprise of 12 PhDs, 30 Postgraduates. At present, our faculty is working on various R&D projects and consultancy projects.

Holistic Teaching-Learning Process

Our faculty employs a wide range of teaching-learning methods to create a varied and holistic learning environment which has a direct impact on your personality. These include structured lectures, English & foreign languages, seminars, workshops, case studies, hands-on computer work, project assignments, role plays, business games, company visits, guest lectures and panel discussions.

Student Participation in Academic Governance

With a view to impart leadership qualities, students are encouraged to actively organize and participate in various club activities and assist the Institute as responsible members of various academic committees including placement, hostel management, discipline and anti-ragging.

Ours is a student centric university where we follow just, open and transparent academic systems. Unlike other universities and institutes, at VCTM, marks are not given - you have to earn them.
